To determine the right ring size for you, we provide various measuring aids. Brigitte Adolph-Schmuck's brick-and-mortar retailers are also happy to help you determine your ring size. You can order the multisizer shown on the left for just €1 with free shipping, allowing you to determine your ring size very precisely. A little less convenient, but more immediate, you can measure your finger with the templates we offer for download:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging, including all certificates and tags.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
