RETURN AND REFUND
We want you to be confident in your purchase with Azure.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging, including all certificates and tags.
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and personalized or custom-made pieces are non-returnable, unless the item is received damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
